When A Taco Truck on Every corner approached us for a joint venture, we jumped at the chance to keep Main Street thriving. On the evening of November 7, we hosted a Get Out the Vote effort in conjunction with La Cocinita and Costa Arena. And our community came out in droves!
Despite the chilly weather, you made it. Many of you supported both businesses and got some delicious food: arepas, tacos, ceviche, churros, and lots of other yummy bites. Some of you sported your Main Street gear while others took the plunge and got cozy in the brand new Main Street sweatshirts. Sales were great all around and we managed to raise $300 to repair Geetha Foods’ broken window.
